Great thread title. I heard the news this morning and could hear in my head, "Can I finish? You gonna' let me finish"? with Ross' unique voice/accent.
Knew some guys in TX back when I did security work that had worked with Perot's executive protection team. Their level of armed response was quite impressive.
Perot was right about NAFTA. He wasn't a selected party candidate. It would be interesting to see how a Perot might do today following the disruption that Trump brought to the game.

1992..
One of the biggest political mistakes of my life was supporting Perot in that election. Certainly changed how I look at things.
Ross Perot inspired a lot of people, created a lot of jobs and a significant contributions to the country.
The only reason I didn't support his political campaign... he couldn't handle the GM board of directors, how could he manage congress and the senate?
May he RIP.
R.I.P. Ross, may God speed.
I can't remember his VP candidate's name in '92, but that guy was hilarious; he kept turning off his hearing aid when Gore and Quayle were yelling at each other during the debate. When asked a question, couldn't hear, didn't know what people were talking about...funny stuff.
I have to admit, I didn't know he was still alive - thought he passed a long time ago.....
RIP sir....
