They probably won't have adequate handicap parking for that one. [Coffee]
My wife offered to take me for my birthday. I declined. I have a hard time believing any antique band is worth that much money. Did see them at Folsom Field with the giant lips stage BITD; worked as a medic and was busy plucking people off the field who passed out from heat or "other."
I'm in the running for tickets through some radio give away. Me and 15K other people.
Some friends are going.
I had tickets (2) for the original date. Before Jagger got ill prior to the original May dated I discovered I wasn't going to be able to go, sold them at a nice profit. Don't know how that worked out for the buyers. Briefly thought about getting another pair for this and decided against. I'll go with my memories of seeing them a looong time ago at McNichols and in Arizona. For me Let It Bleed will always be my favorite lp. Really wish I could've seen Billy Joel, know a few people that went and were wowed by the show. Said his voice was really strong inspite of being 70, overweight and at altitude. May try to catch an October or November show in NYC.
The last time I saw the Stones it cost me $5 for the ticket. Still want my money back
I met Mick Jagger when I was a boy in Reading, England. It was 1964 and I ordered a soda, and we both got our favorite flavor cherry red.
