Anyone know where I can get a reasonably priced piece of quartz for an 18? base cabinet? I found one place that had a nice selection of remnants but their minimum price was $500 without installation. I just need polished sides with rounded edges, 20? by 25 1/2?. A 3? piece for backsplash would be a plus. Looking for something mostly white with some gray or black swirls.
I would think the remnant piece would be cheap but all of the money is in the finish work and add on the fact that anyone in construction is slammed with work right now. Might want to read up online on how to grind and polish your own slab.

If you can live without polished edges, a chiseled edge is nice and an easy DIY... just seal edges with granite sealer. Sink cutouts are great for miscellaneous projects.
