Video states they are returns due to some wanting different colors on the controls and slides.
Too bad we can't have them here.
I don?t believe there are any restrictions that would prevent someone from owning this handgun. Magazines might be a different story but I don?t see why a guy couldn?t own the pistol.Quote:

That is a good question as some places will and some won?t.
Since the P250 uses the same magazines if a guy had a handful of ?pre-ban? P250 magazines he?d be set.
Can't your FFL just receive the magazines but not transfer them to you?
What would be the point then? No FFL is going to leave that kind of loose end on their books.
They can sell them to LEO, out of state, online, etc. Not really a loose end.Quote:

I'd buy a 320 and cerakote it, since it's based off the 320 platform. As for mags, i know a few folks up in CO who stashed a handful or so.
