Printed upper, lower, barrel nut, grip and handguard.
Its only a .22lr based on the CMMG bolt & barrel. 9" barrel.
Pretty light weight, just need to go test it. See how many shots before it melts, if it melts.
The color was just because, its a toy, not meant for to be used for anything other than fun.

205C print temp. (Go 5C above max temp listed on box)
60C bed temp.
50 mm/sec print speed
edit to add 999 walls (replaces infill)
80% fan
sliced in cura 4.8 with tree supports.
GST3D Filament https://gst3d.com/ Good stuff. wait for sales, it $10/roll now. Inland PLA+ (eSUN) from microcenter is another one that works. Silk PLA has week layer bonding.

I had to modify the barrel nut from the above handguard to fit more snug on the upper. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4698216
On the charging handle, I filed off the guides since i filled in the channel on the upper. That was a major week spot. Not an issue since the CMMG bolt doesn't move.

Awesome thanks. I got the ender 5 pro. Having first layer issues that I’m working through I sprung for simplify 3D as well. The support algorithm vs cura is night and day at least 2 years ago when i was running a robo3d printer
Not sure, but is lighter than the S&W 15/22. I guess I'll just have to take it to work and weigh it. I'm sure Polis will love a ghost gun in a state building... At least its a pistol so I can legally bring it into the building concealed.Quote:

That's so curious. The front has detent and spring provisions, but not the rear. Would be easy enough to extend a hole and cap with a setscrew, I suppose.
