Shipping Primers.....Anyone know a Hazmat certified shipper?

I was able to get my hands on a quantity of small pistol primers and there is an ammo company in NV that I can ship them to to have them used to reload me 9mm ammo. Overall cost is well below today's market value. (Yes, it's a legit company that I have purchased thousands of rounds through. The simply don't have primers and have a BYOP program going)
I got the primers before really researching the shipping of primers. Have pretty much learned that it's not going to happen unless I break the law and just ship them normal ground and skipping the whole Hazmat thing. That's not going to happen. The company even told me "Most people just ship then normal UPS ground to us". Again, I'm not going to do that. Not worth the risk.
So my question is,,, do any of you gurus know of a hazmat certified (for primers/powder) that I can use to have them pack and ship these out for me? Total long shot but figured it's worth a shot.

You can ship UPS ground at one of their hubs (not the store). Just requires that you put ORM-D on the box.

There's been a rule change on UPS ORM-D. I haven't had time to figure out what it means, exactly.

All ORM-D classifications (Consumer Commodity; Cartridges, small arms; and Cartridges power device) are being eliminated and may no longer be used after December 31, 2020.

I just got off the phone with the UPS hazardous materials center. Shippers of primers need the Hazmat cert and license. Primers do not fall in the limited quantity exception.

wonder how all these people selling primers on gunbroker are shipping them? doubtful there's 100% compliance

When they ask if there is anything hazardous or perishable or whatever, just say no.

While you likely won?t get busted, if you do just pay dumb and say you didn?t know you couldn?t ship primers.

Many on gunbroker and elsewhere are shipping primers without a hazmat certification. I’m not going to take the risk. All it would take is for the ups driver to realize he is delivering a box to an ammo manufacturer and it has no hazmat sticker or required paperwork, stall the delivery for inspection or anything else. The fine and penalty is not worth it. In my lengthily reading today, it violates all kinds of laws and up shit creek is not where I want to be.

Plus, what if they all combusted and you ruined someone else's fancy grips or something?
