What is Going On at Hancock & Costiila

Left CS this afternoon around 3:30.

There was a significant Police presence and lots of crime scene tape around a multi-unit house on the west side of Hancock just south of Costilla (west entrance to Memorial Park).
Police had already been on scene for at least a couple hours.
