Moving...again
Signed a contract on a nice little place near Ada, OK. 18.5 acres, 11 of it in a hay pasture out front, the remainder heavily treed with oak and other stuff in the back. About 15 mins north of Ada. Country living to be sure. Got it for what I consider to be a great price. House, 30x30 steel shop with electric (200 amp service) and concrete floor, tractor shed, chicken coop and a carport. Nice fenced yard around the house for the Corgi herd. Should close on or about the first week of Dec. Hoping everything comes together and we're living there by the first of the year.
Prolly get a few goats, some guineas and some chickens.
A neighbor cuts and bales the hay about 3 or 4 times a year. In addition to keeping the grass cut it brings in about $500 year according to the current owner. Great place in the back for a shooting range.

Awesome, congrats! I wish my wife would agree to move to OK, that's my home state and I'd love to go back. But she's hung up on oceans and beaches, and she doesn't even swim.
