A lawmaker in Southeast Colorado put in a bill to allow the licensing of military vehicles which would have included Humvees and the modern cargo trucks citing their potential use for ranching and farming. The committee then rewrote the bill eliminating the ability to license any military vehicle at all other than you can get an exemption to use it in parades if you have a historic vehicle with an original military paint and markings scheme.Quote:

I looked into the registering it in another state but there seems to be a rule saying if you have a permanent residence in Colorado you have to register your vehicle in CO.
This should not be that hard but Democrats are involved. Wish there was a legit way around it, I would buy one tomorrow if I knew I could get it registered and pass emissions. Not looking for a daily driver just something to have fun with and make a run to the lumber yard and so on. Oh well.
