No matter your feelings on Abortion, today's SCOTUS is a great win for the American people. It's not about abortion. This was about one question, does the federal government have the power to regulate abortion. The court found that it doesn’t. Your truest form of representation is at state. It is at the state level that you are represented the most, by people elected from your community and the constitution recognizes that. The 10th Amendment simply says that any powers that aren’t mentioned in the Constitution as belonging to the government belong to the states themselves. Today’s court opinion in no way, shape, or form, bans abortion. What it does say, is the ability to ban abortion now rest with the states where it should be.
Cheaper for Dicks to pay you to go kill your baby then pay for medical insurance on the baby once it's born completely sick. They are also anti 2nd ammendment.
