My opinion?
I don't care what kind of threat someone poses to this nation,
a citizen is a citizen, no matter what, and deserves his constitutional protections,
no matter what.
You think he's a terrorist? Capture him, present your body of evidence to a jury in a court of law, and prove him guilty.
Constitutional protection is absolute. Not conditional.
Well then...What about the Rev.Jeremiah Wright. I assume he qualifies...[Tooth]

Why all the talk about distance from a battle field? How does that matter?
I'd say that I agree as well. The US government shouldn't be allowed to kill citizens without a trial first. Kind of what our whole country is based on...
I just thought all the bold print about distance from a battle field was dumb.
Equal rights to the illegals and lower the citizens' right just a tad bit... ahhh now we are all equal!
