Vibram 5 finger KSO's

Anybody know if Jax or anybody else in the Ft Collins-Loveland area has these in stock???

Will be in the area this weekend if everything goes as planed & want to pick up a pair if at all possible.

Jax here in Loveland has them, i would presume that Ft Collins would as well.

It is a shoe for people interested in barefoot running, but haven't quite toughened their foot skin to do so all the time. Not just a fashion statement like those toe socks.

Have any of you guys used them? I had read a review on them and wanted to check them out

I haven't yet. They were always too expensive for me, so I just run barefoot on my treadmill (less rocks and glass).

I have a few friends that have them and love them. They did say that you have to give yourself a few weeks to get used to them and get past the sore, unused muscles.

Maybe I'm just clumsy, but isn't one of the purposes of footwear to offer some protection against inadvertent contact with solid and/or sharp objects?
