anyone have any places to rent around Trinidad?

Have any apts or homes for rent?

My sister just spent the last two days and a shit load of money relocating from Gunnison to Trinidad for her work. When she moved into her apt there, she spent several hours cleaning as the landlord had not cleaned as he had promised during the walk thru a month ago. When she brought this and the sewage that had backed up into the kitchen sink to his attention, he told her she had until tonight at midnight to vacate the property.

I'm not after legal advice, I'm just trying to help her find something asap.

Back in July, I sent jh308 an email with the name and phone number of a Realtor who also handles some rentals in Trinidad. Was that Realtor ever contacted?
