The United States and the Constitution of the United States died a little today with the confirmation of Elena Kagan as the 112th Supreme Court Justice.
Kagan's beliefs are obviously at odds with the Constitution and she favors a "world view" of interpreting what the Constitution "means today".
To Barack Obama for nominating this woman and the 63 US senator who voted "Yes" to her confirmation, I hope you all rot in hell.
Make no mistake...this will come back to haunt us down the road.

Bennett needs to join the ranks of the unemployed this Nov... too bad Udall isn't up for re-election
She may have replaced a liberal- but I think you would be hard pressed to find someone with less respect for the constitution as it was written...
Exactly, this doesn't change the makeup of the court. I don't think it's possible to be further left of Stevens. While I don't like Kagan I didn't get too worked up over it since it really doesn't change anything. Just Obooboo helping put another America hater in power.Quote:
