P-51 in the air ?

Did I take too many beer, or is it possible I saw P-51 Mustang in the air today over Longmont, CO ?
Long nose, loud & mean engine sound, wing at lower level, going very fast compared to Cessna´s, doing tight turn in the air etc.
Or any ideas, what it might have been ?

You too huh, I though I was having issues but they have been flying them around the Loveland airport for about a week. Very cool to see them or the B-24 low and fast around Windsor.

airshow coming in a couple weeks. might be practice runs, and it could be the fighter pilot for a day people cruising around.

I have seen the Mustang on other occasions!

I think those are one of the best looking aircraft ever built. I love P-51's.

I didn't see the mustang, but I saw a P-47 Thunderbolt. The cool thing about those old planes is you hear them well before you see them coming.
