Pretty awesome I think.
That's an interesting project, but could the balloon possibly interfere with jet travel? Did the balloon fall back to earth where they could pick up the debris? I hate the school message balloons that get stuck in trees.It's just a blight on our enviroment.
Besides I believe Flying Saucers are the only way to travel; everything else is obsolete!
I would have thought they would have to talk to the FAA before the launch. Pretty cool though.
They aren't the first or only ones. You do have to get clearance for flights but the FAA has cooperated with others before.
