New Forum, New Mods

Thanks to popular demand, and Marlin's hard work, we now have a Shotgun forum.

We also have three new mods to run the forum. Please join me in harrassing 7IDL, JohnTRouke, and HunterCo to the management team.

I have also given 7IDL the mod power in GD.
