Duly noted.
But is it like Gladiator?
P.S. - Keep away from the bath houses!
Pic's or it didn't happen.
Haven't seen a single Gladiator, chariot or slave girl...though a few 20something's are doing a decent imitation of the later.
Ok I'll get a couple of pics for you.
Get some of slave girls washing in the creek...
When I was there a few years ago, I saw lots of places selling what I call "Marvin The Martian" helmets. You know, the metal helmets with the kitchen broom on the top. I suppose it was something the Romans wore way back when but I couldn't help but smile and think of Marvin.

I spent 2 weekends wandering around Rome when I was there. Since my wife couldn't go with me, I didn't pay to do a lot of tourist stuff. I sorta wish I'd taken a tour of the Coliseum, but I'll have to be happy with just having walked all around it. I did get close enough to the Vatican to take a picture of the Pope Dome for my Sister-In-Law, but the crowds on the other side of the bridge were way more than I cared to deal with.
Have you seen the spot where they used to hold the old chariot races? I can't remember what it's called, though.
I was in Japan when I signed up on this site, so I know it works there, too. But I bet it wouldn't work in Beijing; I couldn't even get FaceBook when I was there.
How are the Italian women? Pics please.
