Supressor law changed in wa state

Im lookign for jobs in the maratime industry and might be moving back to wa state, lucky for me the liberal governer signed hb1016 into law which now makes it legal for your to USE your supressors. Before it was violation of the law for ANYONE including le/mil to use suppressors as it was written in the Washington state code concerning the use/ownership of suppressors. I thought this was a stupid law and had to go
