Any Hoo... now we need the Senate (yeah right) to repeal it..
State House OKs repeal of online tax law

DENVER • House lawmakers gave final approval Thursday to repealing a Colorado law to collect sales taxes from out-of-state online retailers.
The measure passed with near unanimous support and now heads to the Senate for consideration.
House Bill 1318 would repeal a law signed by then-Gov. Bill Ritter last year. Typically referred to as the “Amazon tax,” the law requires out-of-state retailers — such as Amazon.com — to either collect sales taxes or provide the state with a list of customers who owe sales taxes and how much they owe.
A federal judge issued a preliminary injunction against the law in response to a lawsuit in January. Judge Robert Blackburn wrote in his decision that the law violates the U.S. Commerce Clause, and places an “undue burden” on out-of-state retailers.
Amazon last year retaliated against the law by cutting ties with its affiliates in the state, who advertised Amazon on their websites for a fee.
“Amazon pulled thousands of jobs out of Colorado when House Bill 10-1193 was signed into law,” said House Majority Leader Amy Stephens, R-Monument. “Repealing that law is one of the easiest and fastest ways we can bring jobs back to Colorado.”
