Need help with Google Docs formatting issue

Hey guys, I'm trying to revamp my resume. I've got something that I like, but when I transfer it to PDF form, there are some weird changes. I've got everything figured out, except that my bullets don't show up in PDF. That wouldn't be a big deal, except there are 5 sections with bullets, and the bullets only show up in 1 of 5 sections. I have no idea what I need to play with in order to work this issue out. Everything between each of the sections is exactly the same.

Anyone a formatting expert?
