Is carrying using an akle holster while wearing shorts considered open carry

Just thought I'd ask[ROFL1]

I would think that unconcealed is unconcealed - if you can see it then it's open carry.

I would agree as long as it clearly visable.

What if you pull your sock up over it? Then it'd just look like you have a drinking problem.
