Ok, time to write a book because this is some bull shit.
A woman, standing in her front yard, is arrested for filming police.
She was released and the charges dropped.
then, when there was a neighborhood rally to support her the police showed up and using a ruler wrote parking tickets for every car more than 12 inches from the curb.
what the hell is going on here? how can any of this be justified?

The first one "seems" ridiculous. The second vid is bullshit but the law's the law.
I don't buy the Law's the law argument. Their ruler wasn't certified to do parking enforcement and was made by chinese slave children for the purpose of making americans look dumb.
The law is not meant to be used in a personal vendetta against a citizen that might have gotten a cop in trouble for violating her rights. It is our right to police the police. Not every cop is a bad guy, most i have dealt with personally seem to have an okay attitude. All the cops i have worked with have been good guys. But there are cops that abuse their power, and these two videos show that.
you will do what I Say because I Have a Badge, a Gun and a Judge will believe me for those reasons!
This is the Police states of Amerika and you are Guilty unless someone happens to have videotape!

All I have too say about this is that every officer should be subject to recording devices at every turn. We are aren't we?
I have no problem with the public filming me on duty. Just don't get mad when I confiscate your camera/film because you have evidence on it![PoPo]
