Computers???

I need to get my kid a computer. Where he is renting, he is set up for wireless. I need to find him a laptop or a desk top. Problem is, I really can't afford a bunch of dough right now. Is there a place that sells re-furbished stuff. Am I being unrealistic in thinking I can get him something for a couple of hundred bucks.

You can definitely get him a decent laptop for under $300. Getting under $200 becomes a stretch.

Microcenter has refurbs with warranty..better than some unknown person's computer, typically.

there is also a computer store on Colorado Blvd, just south of Performance Bicycles (sorry, cant remember the street)
