Those that risk their lives for others should be required to listen to stupid jokes at a ceremony to honor their sacrifice and commemorate their gallantry...Quote:

I am no fan of the HNIC but in this case I think your outrage is a little misplaced. Having a live MOH winner you can joke with is a big change of pace for the president. The kid didn't seem like he was offended; the president took time to have a beer with the kid as well, so maybe pump the brakes a little bit. I have a hard time looking at Barry and not seeing someone that hates America and everything good about it (which would include our servicemen and women).
But a little levity at these ceremonies is fine. At least he still allows the prayer at the beginning.
