Choate Machine Tool +1

Not local but I am sure most everybody is familiar with them.
I was contacted by a customer to machine their Choate Tactical stock for BDL bottom metal. I called Choate to ask their guidance on tool selection and speed and what does the gal say? In a lovely Arkansas drawl "Well why go through all that silliness, just send it back and we will send you out the correct one".
Sent it back, received the new one early this week.
The cost?
21.00 - shipping cost to Arkansas. They did not charge a re-stock fee nor return shipping!
