I just had Complete Chiminey Cleaning clean mine. They were reasonable and did a good job. They are firefighters that clean chiminey one the side.

Decided to run cat5/coax to all the rooms in the house (pre-wireless), got the kids all excited to "go up in the attic and check it out". Had one kid by the ankles in the attic, holding him down into the space that the exhaust pipes from the water heater etc run up though so he could drill holes in the fire block for running cable. Every time I look into this, I can never find any prices.
I called 2 companies, one was $170 and one was $99. It really doesnt take that long. They were done in 30 minutes. They scub the chimney with a brush and vacume it up. I had just bought a 40 yr old house and wanted to see if the chimney was ok and clean it. It was more about the inspection. You can buy the brush at home depot for $35
