C# ASP.NET Developer needed

Folks,

In the next few months I'm going to need to hire a developer so I wanted to extend the offer to the community here first.

Small company you will be one of two developers maintaining an existing system and making enhancements. Application is an online education system providing ethics based training to several hundred universities.

Here are the basic skill sets:
C#
ASP.NET
JavaScript
Sql Server 2008
SQL Reporting Services
Visual Studio 2010
