I'll be praying for you guys!
Good luck. I know the pain of not being able to run the pump. We keep water in basement, some gallon jugs in the pantry and I was fortunate to have a neighbor give me one of those 250 gallon "cubes" to store water in the barn for the animals. I hope you can get the electrical straightened out in short order.
If the problem isn't in your panel, it will be at the transformer that feeds the lines to your house, or in the lines from there to your meter. Call the power company.
Hope it gets fixed quickly for you guys!

Maybe you should put a nice gas or diesel generator on your Christmas list.

If it is before your meter, it should be the power company's problem to fix. But I know , it sucks until they get out and fix it.
If you need another generator call me, or stop by i will be available after 2:30 I have a 5K with 2-3) 110 and 1)220.
