I'm finally had it with 5 remotes [ROFL1] What are you folks using and can recommend ? I'm looking at a Logitech 650 that lets you use your computer to program your devices into the remote. Thanks [Beer]

Logitech Harmony seems to be the ultimate universal remote. Haven't dropped the cash on one, yet. If I can convert my surround sound to RCA cables, then I'll need just the Comcast and the BluRay remote :p
I'm currently running surround sound,TV,Dish, DVD player, and Roku on their individual remotes.
Found the Logitech on Buy.com for $56 shipped.
Logitech harmony
I have the cheapo Logitech 300 and love it. Think anything by them will fit the bill for you.
I was able to pick up a Logitech 550 a few years back for $50. I'd highly recommend one of the better Logitech offerings.
If you've got iphones/ipod touches, there's this thing that just came out:

Logitech Harmony 880. The models a few years old and you can get referb ones on eBay pretty reasonable.
If you don't have a line of sight and need an IR blaster then look at the 890.
What frustrates me is that the universal remote from Comcast will do everything except for change aspect ratio ... so I'm stuck with two remotes (one I only use one button on).
Years ago I had a VCR and the remote had 5 programmable buttons on it. You programmed it by flipping a switch on the remote to "program" and then aim the TV (or other) remote and VCR remote at each other and the VCR remote would record the signal from the other remote thus programming the button. If the stupid universal remote that came from Comcast had a couple buttons like that I'd be happy.
i have the logitech one...and its great
