My money is on the bat. But IIRC the warthogs are pretty damn tough so it could be a good battle.

It was only ever destroyed twice in the game. Once when it got zapped half way across the galaxy and landed upside down, and when the ship carrying it was blown up. And then it still landed right side up on the planet below.

The Tumbler would win. But only in a fair fight. If it was prison rules, than the Warthog.
