Either use deadly force or leave the cap gun at home. You're just asking for trouble carrying one of those things around.

I have often thought about buying something like that or some other sub $100 gun, so when the police come knocking looking for your gun (ala New Orleans) I can say "Sure, I have a gun. Oh, you are going to confiscate my gun? OK, here you go. Now, please go away." That should do the trick.
