What about the young mom earlier this week that put her baby in a car seat on the roof and forgot it,then the seat fell off in an intersection. She admitted to smoking pot just before the incident.
Uh-oh, I hope you're not disapproving of the way some people raise their kids...
But yeah, this is ridiculous. What is the thought process that occurs when one decides this is a good idea?
