belt medical kit
Looking for input / suggestions here... I have searched the interwebs and this site and not really found what I am looking for, so seek greater wisdom... I am putting together a few trauma kits for work, and am having trouble finding a carrier for the items. Requirements: Belt-worn, not tacti-cool (nylon is fine, but don't need the super-molle / velcro / IR patch just in case, etc)... basically able to be worn in both 'outdoor' clothing, and in more business attire, and don't want it to scream "look at me." Think IFAK, but smaller and more 'urban'. What would go in it (for sizing): 1 x gloves 1 x CAT 1 x hemcon dressing (either curlex or similar), and maybe an ace bandage 1 x combat gauze maybe an NPA. Very stripped down, I know, but intent is just basic bleeding control for trauma until they can get to the vehicle kit. What do you use and why? (Admins, if this isn't the appropriate location, please let me know)

Would one of NAR's Patrol officer IFAKs be too big?

There is a little belt/PALS holder for it as well:

ITS also has a few vacuum packed kits that can go in a pocket and are pretty small. I am trying to remember who they actually get these from but they are decent and small enough to not be a giant pain in the rear.

thanks for the links asmotao,
we have the supplies on-hand at work, so dont need these, but I like the carrier from itstactical.. I'll have to get in touch with them and see if they sell just those... unless a local business / individual fabricates?

I've seen this at the local Army Surplus store.

Here is a larger one, but it would definitely stand out in a professional setting.

I think this one might work in a more professional setting if it wasn't for the molle. Perhaps one of those conceal carry planners would fit in the best in a professional setting.

If you've got the supplies I'd just search eBay or google for molle medical pouches. I'd get molle since it'll work on a belt but allows you to use it on a pack down the road

thanks for all the suggestions

They also make portable CPR mouthguards. A must unless you want someone's Hep A or B or puke in your mouth.

Just out of curiosity, What job/activity do you have where there is a possible need to carry an IFAK in an inconspicuous way? Genuinely just curious.
