I've been married for 17 years and today it's finally done with. I got custody of the 3 kids, refused her child support obligations and agreed to split half the debt.. I did all of this with no attorney. I had little to no faith in the Jeffco Judicial system, but today everything went smooth. I guess there are still a few fair judges left, I hope like hell they stay there for a long period of time

Tips? I am proceeding alone as well. Although mine is digging her own grave. She is in court today on a resisting arrest charge.
Get the child support, if nothing else it will make a decent college fund.
