Actually most of these sweepstakes make no money on data collection if you opt out on third party offers. (and you should always opt out of 3rd party deals) If they state they will use your info only inside their own company they do if they are legit. This one is legit. I figured it is a sweet gun that anyone here would want (if they are willing to pay the taxes on winning it) I want it. A 4k gun for less then 1k in taxes. I'll post my win list for this year so far, so you know I'm not BSing.

Too late on the snackers. that contest ended already. They were giving away $90,000 snackers, a couple hundred PSP's 50 or so lcd hdtv's with a PS3 and 5 grand prizes of a bigger hdtv surround sound system, gaming chairs and PS3's.
I didn't win a tv or PS3. lol
