OK, so i want to do some 500 yard to 800 yard shooting so ive been thinking or an ar platform but i dont want 5.56 or 223 but i need a set up scope/ rifle for under 1500 bucks. Any sugestions ??[Rant2][Help]

I know this isn't what you wanted to hear, but a bolt gun would better suit you for your intended purpose in that price range.
