I like the one guy in the white SUV who went to pull in before he noticed the whole thing. How do you miss the column of black smoke and big vertical flame?

The places I have mine filled won't fill them if they are rolling around loose. They require them to be upright and secured. Haven't been able to locate any specific law yet but I always ratchet strap them to the rail on my toolbox anyway to keep the safety valve above the liquid.

That's what I said out loud when I was watching it too ! That cell phone they were on was sucking their brains right out of their head so there were hardly any left to be observant...
