Looks like half of Louisiana and over 150k people in Mississippi lost power as flood waters are rising.. I wonder how this one will compare to Katrina? Do you have enough food and water for your loved ones?

Everyone focuses on LA. The bordering gulf states get hit just as hard if not harder. Would we (America) pay this much attention to LA, specifically NO if it was not the Chocolate City, Nagin envisioned it to be?
