The 23-year-old man planned to sell a .45-caliber gun to the buyer in the parking lot of Magruder Elementary School at 1712 Chestnut Ave., police wrote in a news release. When he arrived, shortly before 8 p.m., two men approached and one identified himself as the buyer.
