I've heard it's literally a movie made in some guys garage and is complete garbage.

It's been linked here once or twice, but I don't know if the mods want it so I won't post it. You can find it on youtube. It's titled "Innocence of Muslims." Just be warned, it is absolute trash. I couldn't force myself to watch more than a few minutes of it.
It seriously reminded me of the Blair Witch Parody I made in High School.
