Out of the Corps and back to CO!!
I just wanted to make a celebratory post here. Tomorrow morning, I will officially be honorably discharged from the Marine Corps, and will be loading up the Subaru for the drive back to Colorado. Ive been out in SoCal for a few years now, spent some time on the east coast, the middle east, and in Asia. But nothing, NOTHING, compares to Colorado.
My wife and I invested in some gucci backpacking gear, so the day after I get back we will be heading up into Estes to camp for a few days and just unwind in nature.
