Well, the caffeine and naproxen are beginning to kick in, so I'm moderately functional...sucks not being able to focus up close with my left eye, though...hopefully this doesn't last more than a day or 2...
I have had a headache since 2001 from a major head injury. As in I always have a headache. So I totally feel your pain on this.
Wife tried to use that excuse on me once. Shut her down quick![ROFL1]
My wife had 2 or 3 migraines per day. She went to a plastic surgeon and had a brow lift (where the skin of the forehead is pulled upward). In the past year she's had only one or two very mild ones. Expensive but her life (and mine) are much improved. Well worth the cost.
Sorry to hear... "Maybe it's a tumor..." "It's not a tumor!" [LOL]
Close the blinds, turn off the lights- I used to get them bad after my TBI, darkness and quiet really help. Feel better!
Agreed! Used to suffer from them alot when i was younger, would get dizzy, puke un-controlably, get the shakes, all that good stuff! I would put an ice pack on my head until it was numb, gave enough relief time for me to at least fall asleep.
ETA: Hope you feel better!
My wife's migraines have been getting progressively worse since her two bouts of meningitis and subsequent surgery. The other day the surgeon told us it's time to start working with a neurologist. So I'm looking to see, can anyone recommend a neurologist that specializes in migraines? We're hoping to hear about a doc in COS, but south of Denver will work if we need to.
I don't think being on the computer is the best thing for that...jussayin
