Gas...

...was $2.96 at the Evergreen Safeway and $2.99 in Conifer.

Just thought some relatively good news was in order. Pretty sad when you have to get excited over sub-$3.00 per gallon gas. But it's all I got.

It always seems to come down a bit around the holidays. Let me know how happy you are next summer. [Beer]

I didn't say I was happy about it. Though it's better than what it was earlier this year. I'm just tired of hearing about all the bad stuff...it's really wearing on me.

my $0.40 discount at unsafeway dropped me lower than that. of course it's offset by refilling the few extra 5 gal cans we keep on hand.

Yeah...that's just the straight price without discount. We usually get a .30 cent or .40 cent discount once per month. Wife commutes to town so she uses it.

Good to see its lowering

Saw $2.97 this morning and praised Dear Leader for his kindness.....wait the Dems claim he has NOTHING to do with the price of gas right?

Lets see him try to take credit for this trend!
