Old news... some reporters actually raised some great question during that announcement... such as, how do these proposal stop another murderer. The Dumbass couldn't answer.

Well, good thing I have an informed community to put me at ease! I did however hear a short blip on tv about the attempted revival of this legislation. When I find more info I'll post.
