Didn't we already do this or something similar in the fall last year which included militray equipment including night vision?.... at least my brain thinks so with a money figure somewhere in that same range.

Our leaders are insane! Doing the same thing over and over again but expecting a different outcome is not something a sane person would do.

I can't believe they are all insane, there has to be something else in it for them. But what?
Votes? Kickbacks? Power? Whatever it is we get to pay for it time after time. Hell we must be the one's who are insane we keep paying for it by electing these knuckleheads over and over again.

IIRC we did give Mexico tons of military hardware so they can fight the war on drugs. Yea right the stuff is probably all ready in the hands of the druglords being used on the border against us.
