A serious question about the 2nd Amendment.

Is there any documented evidence of where Americans have ever literally used the 2nd Amendment to defend the 2nd Amendment against an over reaching govt. State or Federal?

Some could actually argue 1791 (Whiskey Rebellion) ... but I'm with HBARleatherneck, 1913 was the true "beginning of the end".

Yes, but it was a clear cut example of Americans using the 2nd Amendment to fight government tyranny ... if you're looking for an armed rebellion against gun control, I don't think there is anything. Yet (but hey, Obozo's second term hasn't even officially started yet).
