Sounds to me like he was importing and/or exporting guns without the guns being properly marked with the importers stamp. The Canadian connection is interesting, as surplus arms going to Canada are not import marked. So he was probably getting imported guns up in Canada, then transporting or shipping them to his home. Then selling the guns as nice surplus collector items that are not import-stamped, thus increasing their value.
This is not just about taking your guns. This is about taking your guns and then bankrupting your ass so that; 1) You spend all of your money defending your 2nd Amendment Rights and 2)You have no money to buy another firearm. The reason for it is irrelevant!!Quote:
