Never let logic get in the way of what you want.
I'm still worried about the magazine capacity ban. Actually, I'm worried about all of it, but mostly assault weapons and magazine capacity, both at a national level and here in Colorado.
They were hardly used in crime in 94 but they got a ban ( with a sunset clause thankfully) anyways then
So to paraphrase, "We will have to ignore logic and truth to get ban passed".
Another step on the path...
