What's the magazine capacity on the .45? Is it hard on the gun?

I have 16 round uzi mags that were converted by Olympic. They keep saying they are almost done making the new full size ones that will hold around 20. I have about 100 rds through it with no issues so far. Kicks about the same as .223.
